Processing Time

All our products are handcrafted and made to order with care.
Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing before dispatch.
Personalised items may take 1–2 additional days for customisation.


Shipping

  • We offer PAN India shipping through trusted delivery partners.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

  • Delivery time varies from 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Free shipping may apply on orders above a certain value (as per offer period).


Personalised Orders

Each personalised Bubbe & Belle piece is specially made for you.
Because these items are created uniquely with your baby’s name or details,
returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted for personalised products once confirmed.
We ensure every custom order is checked for accuracy and quality before dispatch.


Exchange & Returns

We accept exchanges or returns only if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  1. Order number

  2. Unboxing video or clear product photos

  3. Description of the issue

Once verified, we’ll arrange an exchange or replacement within 7–10 business days.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for defective or wrong items that cannot be replaced.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance

  • Used or washed garments
