Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
Delivery time varies from 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Free shipping may apply on orders above a certain value (as per offer period).
Personalised Orders
Each personalised Bubbe & Belle piece is specially made for you.
Because these items are created uniquely with your baby’s name or details,
returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted for personalised products once confirmed.
We ensure every custom order is checked for accuracy and quality before dispatch.
Exchange & Returns
We accept exchanges or returns only if:
The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we’ll arrange an exchange or replacement within 7–10 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for defective or wrong items that cannot be replaced.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
